Xenex provides these services to authorised migration agents, on behalf of their applicant clients.

We are not migration agents. We do not deal direct with applicants until they have signed a Form 956 with an authorised migration agent.

Total Document Service

Our service includes the research, the proposal, the cashflow projections, the compilation of required appendices, printing, binding and lodgement to the State Government offices.

We also prepare the letters of application, complete with the statement of compliance, to the requisite Subclass of the Act.

Review of rejected applications

Xenex will review rejected applications and prepare a resubmission if the Sponsoring State encourages this. Our consultants will negotiate with the sponsoring State and determine if the application can be represented with sufficient merit.

PR Sponsorship Applications

Xenex Consultants can prepare and lodge business proposals for Subclass 892 and 845 applicants, after the applicant has completed their temporary residency program.

Our Questionnaire Templates

Authorised Migration Agents can download the relevant questionnaire template and submit this with the state sponsorship applications forms. Xenex will confirm acceptance after a preliminary assessment.

Pre-qualification assessment

Migration Agents can submit the completed questionnaire templates to Xenex for an obligation-free assessment, if required.
