for all your Research Grants, Export Grants, R&D Grants preparation........
Xenex Consulting has been helping small to medium sized companies gain access to the valuable Federal Government incentives for product and process development for 19 years.
If you are an early-stage project or if you are in the high-growth phase of commercialisation, you will always be looking for ways to increase your company's cashflow, without diluting your equity or mortgaging your properties. Xenex may be able to help you through the use of R&D grants or the Export Market Development Grant program.
Xenex Consulting (Xenex) has 19 years experience in applied business consulting to SMEs and commercialisation projects in Western Australia. Our consulting services are generally funded from the R&D Tax Concession and Commercial Ready Grants.
Xenex works with business leaders to maximise the returns from Government grants, concessions and commercial incentives. Xenex achieves this by linking our fees directly to the result you get.
Xenex has also had experience over a wide range of industries, which means initial consultations are efficient, and that our advice is informed. As well, Xenex provides a streamlined application process which will shorten the leadtime and eliminate errors.
There are structured grant opportunities available from the Federal Government which can dramatically affect your development cycle, speed to market or impact your bottom line. As most manufacturing companies will qualify for one or more of these incentives, the skills and knowledge offered by Xenex consulting, is to manage the paperwork, guide you through the process and help you maximise your entitlements.
If you are a start up company with low or no sales in your first year (or you are in tax loss from the current or previous years) and you have a group turnover of less than $5 million, you can access the tax rebate, which is 30% of your total R&D spend plus the 25% concessional component. This equals an after tax grant of 37.5% of whatever money you spend on eligible R&D.
